Materials and manufacture’s timelines usually dictate our start date. Once we have allocated for the materials we can begin your project.

No, though we are going to be moving around a bit. If you have two bathrooms in the house that should help us avoid completely shutting down facilities in your home. There’s little to no affect on your living situation. Some of our materials require drying time which may require you to avoid such areas.

Depending on the scope and size of your project, we may require a small down payment to begin. Depending on our cost of mobilization also may affect the down payment amount.

We are insured. All trades that occur during the project, are licensed (i.e. electrical & plumbing). Any trades that use a license we use licensed tradesmen. In Oklahoma, only skilled trades are required to license. The state of Oklahoma does not make a license available for the services we provide.

Absolutely! General maintenance is something we can discuss. We have a deep background in general home maintenance and can usually address the issues.

Depending on the scope of the work, the fit and finish of your project times can vary. The average bathroom remodel requires 10 working days.

Normally we take the weekends off but if your project requires us to show up on Saturday or Sunday, we will. Our work ethic and desire to complete the project in a timely manner.

Typically the process begins with a consultation in which the client gets the estimate for the project and you approve the estimate we order the materials and get started.
